You gain better understanding of your audience and visitors on the website, based on their personal data, characteristics, and behavior. With contact profiles in Digital Experience Cloud, you get a complete overview about each known contact's background and activity and interactions on your site. You also see:
You can view a list of all contacts by navigating to Analytics » Audience » Contacts. Click on a contact to see its profile and details.
In each contact profile, you see various information that helps you create better classifications and understanding of the audience on your site. You then can deliver personalized content or targeted action towards specific type of contacts.
By default, you can see the following set of predefined contact details:
You can add custom contact properties in this section, according to your requirements and scenario and choose the order in which details are displayed. You can also combine contact data from different systems into one contact property. For example, you may want to display Job title property on the top of the details section and you may want to take the data for this property from the CRM system and from Sitefinity.

On clicking Other data collected for this contact, you see all usage data that may be collected from other websites the contact has interacted with, for example.
Depending on whether you defined lead scoring types, you can see information as to which lead scoring type(s) the contact is most similar to and to which engagement stage the contact has accumulated score.
Click Details to see the interactions the contact completed to score points to lead scoring types. You can further explore each lead scoring type's list with interactions completed by this contact by clicking the respective type. This information helps you analyze the contact’s lead scoring and how it is formed.

Click Details to see the interactions the contact completed to score points to the persona(s). You can further explore each persona list with interactions completed by this contact by clicking the respective persona. This information helps you analyze the contact’s persona scoring and how it is formed.
If a contact is associated to one or more persona, you see the persona to which this contact matches the most, as well as the similarity to other personas. The bigger score the contact has (measured as a percentage over the persona threshold), the bigger the similarity to that persona traits and behavior. For more information, see Persona scoring rules.
You see a list of all conversions that the contact took part in, as well the exact date, on which the contact converted. Click on any conversion to see details about the conversion tracking report.
You see a list of all touchpoint this contact hit, as well as the date of the first hit. Click on any touchpoint to see further details.
The interactions log gives you information about the contact's interactions on your site. You can see each interaction the contact completed and, depending on what scoring metrics you defined, the points earned toward a metric. The points reflect point value at the moment of completing the specific interaction.
