Contacts may be attributed to more than one lead scoring types in case they pass the threshold of these types. There is always a lead scoring type and stage to which a contact matches the most, which is reflected by the biggest percentage score above the specific scoring type and stage threshold. You can see the scoring types most similar to a contact in their contact profile. For more details, see Manage contacts.
When you edit lead scoring types and stages thresholds over time, this does not affect historical data and visitors above the old threshold remain associated with the scoring type.
