Configure Mobile formats

Activate and deactivate the Mobile Formats module

By default, the Mobile Formats module is activated. If you want to  deactivate it, navigate to Administration » Modules & Services. Deactivate the Mobile Formats module.

Configure Google AMP for a content type

To use mobile formats, you must first configure it for a the content type that you want to load instantly on mobile devices. 

Perform the following:

  1. Navigate to Administration » Settings » Global Settings » Mobile formats.
  2. The mobile format that is available is Google AMP. 
  3. Click Activate » Activate.
  4. Click Add content.
  5. Select the desired content type.
    For example, select News.
  6. Click Done.

Continuous delivery of mobile formats

Once you have configured your mobile formats and their templates, you can deploy them to the next environment. For more information, see Export and deploy code changes.

You deploy mobile formats, using the standard continuous delivery procedure. In addition to deploying folder ~/App_Data/Sitefinity/Deployment, you must also deploy folder ~/MVC
