To see an overview of persona scoring activity, open the Personas page. You get a glimpse of the personas trend, that is, how many contacts scored points towards personas in a time period you define.
Data about the number of threshold passes is visualized in a graph. Hover over dates to see an exact number of contacts that passed a threshold and the name of the respective persona. If more than one persona thresholds are passed, you can choose to see a trend graph for specific personas only.
You can click on each persona to see all persona characteristics you defined when creating this persona. You can also see a graph report of all users that scored enough to pass the persona threshold over a time range you specify. Thus, you can identify trends on the site and see if, over time, more users are associated with this persona. By default, the period selected is 30 days.
You can also edit the persona threshold. When you edit persona threshold over time, this does not affect historical data and visitors above the old threshold remain associated with the persona.
Under Rules, you see a list of all rules associated to this persona. You can sort rules in ascending and descending order by the points contacts score or by number of hits. A hit is each time a contact satisfies the specific persona scoring rule and scored points towards this persona. Click the Compared with scoring rules for all personas link to draw insights by comparing rules for all personas. For more information, see Add and manage persona scoring rules.
Under Contacts, you see a list of the contacts that passed the persona threshold in a time period you specify. You can also export the list of contacts to a CSV file. You can use exported contacts to create personalized content in Sitefinity CMS, for example.
