Once you see the list with all recommendations, you have the option to hide any recommendation that you find useless for the current moment. The case may be, for example, that a recommendation's next best experience is part of a too general or generic workflow, so you do not need it listed. For instance, if the conversion is defined as "requested demo", then a best next experience "login" does not make sense since no user can request a demo if they did not log in.
NOTE: Hidden recommendations continue to be part of contact segmenting and data analysis. They just are not displayed in the list with recommended actions.
Once you hide a recommendation, if its suggested next best experience is recommended for three other segments, all three recommendations are hidden as well. You can always decide to stop hiding a recommendation and have it displayed in the list with visible recommendations.
